An excellent opportunity has arisen to work at a major retail distribution centre in Merseyside. This company requires a confident HR Advisor and Training Officer to join an existing HR and Training function currently looking to expand. It is essential that you have previously worked in both a training and HR function.
Ideally you will be:
Experienced in all general aspects of HR and Training.
Able to demonstrate previous experience in managing staff activities, conduct and performance.
Fully knowledgeable in contributing towards development and achievement of company HR strategy.
Experienced in developing and delivering training programmes.
Able to demonstrate production of previous training notes/handouts/evaluation sheets etc.
Being part of a dynamic team constantly looking to improve the business.
