To develop relationships with children, their parents and other members of staff
To create and maintain a warm, caring, stimulation environment that together with encouragement will ensure the development of each child
To have responsibility for key children in a designated area
To implement and promote all Trust and Nursery Policies: for example, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and the Children Act.
To support all the Co-ordinators, e.g. S.E.N.Co, Equal Opportunities Co-ordinator in their duties
Recognise and meet, at all times, the needs of each child and their family as individuals
Assist in the training of all students
Assist in the selection and maintenance of toys and equipment
To provide healthy and nutritious snacks throughout the day
To implement the Birth to Three matters curriculum
Any other duties, from time to time, may be required.
