Our client is a well established education recruitment consultancy based in Liverpool City Centre, and is looking to recruitment a trainee/experienced recruitment consultant to establish and develop the special needs desk in the Liverpool area. You will be recruiting Teachers and Teaching Assistants to work in Special Needs establishments, and also be responsible for making contact with the school and selling the benefits of using our client.
No experience is needed! My client is looking for someone who is 100% sales focused and has a real passion for business development. You will be building the desk from scratch, therefore you must have the tenacity and drive to want to succeed and build your own division. There will be opportunities for taking on new members of the team when you get to a certain level and promotion opportunities in the future.
To apply you must either have a strong sales background, recruitment experience (any sector considered) or telephone based sales experience. You must be sales focused, passionate, be a strong team player and be able to work to deadlines and targets. You must be a car driver, and have good communication skills, to be able to go out and visit clients.
Main Duties
To recruit and vet teachers and teaching assistants for the Special Needs organisations in Liverpool and the surrounding areas available for work.
To constantly looking for new ways of increasing your candidate pools by marketing, advertising and promoting the business
To provide educational establishments with a professional agency staff
To establish and maintain active working relationships with candidates and clients
To acquire long term bookings and fill them with suitable candidates
Make outbound sale calls to potential schools explaining the benefits of using the company for their supply needs
To communicate effectively with teachers and head teachers
