15 Bedroom hotel in Grasmere, Lake District
Looking for a chef to bolster the kitchen which is pushing for 1-2 rosettes.
The kitchen is currently running breakfast and evening service, looking to start lunch service.
The hotel has small restaurant with average numbesr varying but looking at max of 32 covers. Daily changing menu with canap, amuse, starters, 4 mains, desserts.
The owners state that anything goes but must keep at consistency with flair and imagination.
Accommodation is offered with the post by the means of an ensuite room with double bed, meals on duty and good salary offered also with tips starting to pick up more.
