We are currently recruiting for a dynamic, talented, experienced Head Chef to join us in the opening of a new restaurant and bar within a fabulous city centre boutique hotel.
Our food will be fresh, simple and beautifully presented, served in a modern, vibrant but relaxed, informal environment.
The ideal candidate will be expected to lead their team from the front, delivering the highest standards throughout everything they do. You must be obsessed by quality and consistency, delivering a minimum of 100% at all times. You will be focused, passionate, driven and able to deal with pressure. You must be able to provide evidence of all these attributes. As equally important, you must possess great management skills and the ability to remain focussed and motivate your team at all times.
