Assistant Manager required for flagship city centre bar/restaurant.
Personal license preferred but not essential.
Will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including H&S of the building & all within, security of all monies & stock. To report to GM & be part a strong management team committed to the highest standards throughout the business.
You need to be bubbly, outgoing & have an eye for detail.
Must be customer focused, and able to motivate a large team.
