swap chest freezer for upright freezer

I have got a large chest freezer in very good condition that I would like to swap for an large upright freezer. We have a combined garage with a shed and the reason being for the swap is we can fit an upright freezer in the shed but the chest freezer is too long to go in there. We can then fit the car in the garage if the chest freezer goes.
