Unique fully signed (5 frame) original Billy the Fish hard backed black and white Viz artwork. Also a fully signed (Billy the Fish) Year Book for sale with a headed note from the Viz office
The artwork is unique as it is the only episode of Billy the Fish where Billy himself doesn't actually feature in it.
