We have our last unit available in this huge church renovated for accomodation purposes. Kitchenette and shower facilities have been installed and there is plenty of parking. The church is situated in a vibrant regeneration area and is very handy for John Lennon airport. The room is very large and well heated on the first floor and you will be sharing with just one other with plenty of space and privacy.
Our company works to install Property Guardians into disused properties such as this. As a guardian all you are asked to do is live in the property and care for it as you would own your own home. In return, all we ask is 40 per week including all of the utility bills! This is a one off opportunity to have fantastic space and freedom with very little outgoings.
