We have double rooms available in this beautiful detached vicarage situated in the landscaped gardens of the community church. The property boasts plenty of off street parking and is close to bus stops and a train station (15mins to Liverpool city centre). There are 2 toilets, communal living room and kitchen, and a large private garden to the rear.
Our company works to install Property Guardians into disused properties such as this. As a guardian all you are asked to do is live in the property and care for it as you would own your own home. In return, all we ask is 40 per week including all of the utility bills! This is a one off opportunity to have fantastic space and freedom with very little outgoings.
