Hi,
I currently have a large double bedroom available to rent in a 2 bed apartment in the popular "Reach Apartments". 5 mins walk to town, 5 mins to lime street and moorfeilds station and also a stones throw away from the business district of dales street.
The rent is 333 per month with a 300 deposit required on moving into the flat. The bedroom is fully furnished, will include a TV and other homely items such as bedside cabinets, a big rug in centre of room and other items. Only the TV licence will be included in the price, however having living there, the bills have never been more than around 40 a month.
The living room is kitted out well, all appliances that you would expect in a modern city centre flat - dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, toaster, microwave etc. TV, dvd player, freeview box. The living room has amazing panoramic views across the city as it is a great corner flat on the third floor, please see pictures. The living room really is the selling piece to this apartment.
There is currently a 23 year old female living in the flat in her final year of studying a law degree, so isnt partying all the time, and usually travels home of a weekend so you would have the place to yourself. She is very friendly, clean and tidy.
There will be parking available of a weekend when the flatmate goes home for the weekend, but there is plenty of parking available outside the apartments for visitors and tennants.
Please note that there is a 4 month minimum on this apartment available June 2009.
