Flatmate needed

Hi, im a 24yr old female looking for a female flatmate who is cat friendly ( I have a cat), clean and tidy and considerate when I have work the next day ( I have to work weekends in my job).
To either:
move into my current apartment (City Quay on Ellerman Road, excellent links to town only a 2 min drive, 5 mins on bus, 1 train stop to city centre). Its a lovely flat on ground floor with 2 large double bedrooms and very modern kitchen and bathroom. Rent is 300pcm not incl bills (these are approx 80/month) and 300 deposit required to give to estate agent. My current flatmate moves out on 27th May (hes getting married).
OR to move in with a flatmate whos got a nice double room to let in Aigburth/ city centre (or close to) and a cat friendly place (access to outside) willing to pay upto 400pcm incl bills
