two female phd students in the uni of Liverpool and Hope uni are looking for a quiet and nice female housemate to share a lovely house in prince Alfred road.it is a very good house in a nice and safe area in Liverpool.
there are two rooms available: A large double bedroom and a small double bedroom
the rent is between 50 to 60 per person per week (it depends)
we would prefer postgraduate students
