This is a very large, furnished double room in a clean, friendly, professional shared house just off the main Allerton road. Allerton is one of the nicest areas of Liverpool, close to all amenities and several large parks.
The room is available from the 20th of June and can be viewed any day, preferably in the evenings. The room is fully furnished, very comfortable and very good value considering the size of it.
The house is non-smoking although smoking out the back is ok. It is a large four bedroom terraced house. There is one spare room with bunk beds that is kept free at all time for visiting friends and family and is available for use to the guests of all tenants - a great convenience!
Rent is 300 pcm which includes electricity, gas, broadband, telephone line rental, water and council tax. None of the rooms in the house are available to couples as this puts too much pressure on the common amenities.
The house is five minutes walk to Allerton Road, where the 86 bus runs 24hrs a day from the airport to the city centre. The area has plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as convenient shopping.
