Myself and 2 cousins are looking for a 4 bedroomed house/apartment to rent in either West Derby, Liverpool City Centre or close surrounding area's. We are all professional men, all non smokers, and all well and truly over the 'party' lifestyle. Myself, i am a 27 year old father of two who works for arriva, thus needing the fourth bedroom for weekend visits from children. My cousin Paul is a 23 year old social worker who works nights 90% of the time. My cousin James is a 20 year old worker.
Myself and first cousin paul have just come out of marital homes after relationships fizzled out, and James is ready for his personal space and looks to move out of home, and this is the most financially viable option for him.
We have deposits ready and can move in within 2 weeks of viewing if necessary. We have agreed to pay direct through myself by direct debit so there wont be any confusion with prompt payment of rent.
We obviously need furnished property as we are all moving out of houses without much furnishings, and are willing to pay a suppliment on the rent for furnisings if necessary.
We also have no pets, and no extreme hobbies such as swinging and parties.
We are three genuine men looking for a stylish, comfortable home for at least the next three years.
