hi,
i am a young professional seeking a 2-bed flat, duplex or house in the allerton area (L17) or, if it is with balcony, in the city center near dale st.
max budget is 600pcm. have good references, proof of income and am on fixed term contract (no redundancy issues for at least 18 months)
looking to agree a let for 12 months. i would ideally like an apartment on/near sefton park. as i say failing that would consider tobacco wharf or near to the museum in the city centre.
am a medical researcher at liverpool john morres university. contract and proof of income can be provided but i refuse a credit check on the basis of a bank error that although has been corrected i am still feeling the effects of! evidence of this provided on request, as is my contract and proof of income. guarantor a possibility but not preferred.
have a house trained and well behaved cat
will consider furnished or unfurnished. am also happy to do any maintenance i.e. redecorating, tiling, grouting that may need doing. am also happy to take on admin duties as previously done as director of residents association for a development in the city.
