Couple looking for decent property very near Mossley Hill station

Hi,
We are moving to the area, but already know it well so can be quite specific:
- Has to be within a 2 minute walk of Mossley Hill station, on the side opposite LA Fitness (e.g. Palmerston Rd, Elmsley Rd etc)
- Need ample space for 2 people (1 bed OK if the flat is not small)
- Furnished would be nice, but we'll look at unfurnished too
- Would consider sharing, but ideally want our own place
If you have a suitable property please get in touch. We are a responsible couple aged 26 and 30, and we'll look after the place.
