2 bedroom Flat or House wanted

Hello.
We are two third year students looking for a 2 bedroom place to move into by next uni year i.e by september 2009.
We would ideally like a place in the city center but would be willing to look elsewhere as long as there is easy access to liverpool city center.
I would like a nice well kept home in good condition and ofcourse we will take good care of the property in return.
