2-3 bed with garage wanted in cheshire area for decent family

hi,
i'm looking fr a 2-3 bed house that must have a garage and enclosed garden wanted to let long term preferred. We have 2 small children both in school/ nursery at present and need a home asap so we can get their schools sorted out.
My husband is a builder currently out of work but is looking and are having to receive housing benefit for a short period till we both find further work in the area. Were currently living in sheffield, and wanting to come back to the cheshire area for further work due to good motorway links. Origionally from North Wales/ Chester area.
We also have a lovely quiet dog whom is clean and housetrained and have no problem with him.
We are looking to move within a month or so, We have a deposit on moving in and id. We are also willing to do any decorating ourselves and are happy to do any work that we want doing ourselves. We areverty quiet people and keep ourselves to ourselves and are just unfortunate that we are having to receive housing beeneift due to this recession at present.
