1 or 2 bed flat or house required for married couple, both of whom will be students in Liverpool. We are very tidy and responsible and will be mature students, myself a postgraduate. My parents would be willing to act as guarantors if necessary. Our budget is around 450 pcm, but we would be willing to pay more if any bills are made inclusive. We are looking for somewhere in as safe an area as possible as we don't know Liverpool very well, and preferably somewhere from which we can walk to the campuses in town or hop on a bus for a short ride. We will be in Liverpool on the 5th and 6th May and would like to view places then if possible. Let me know if you have anything suitable.
