We are a friendly and easygoing Italian couple (aged 25), moved to Liverpool 5 months ago.
We have 2 large, unfurnished spacious and bright double bedrooms available in a lovely terraced house just off Aigburth road, five minutes walk to Lark Lane, Tesco, and St Michaels train station, 10 mins from the City centre by bus.
The house has a large lounge, and a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine and microwave.
It also has a spare room which is handy for guests staying!
We are looking for 2 clean and tidy flatmates, who are professionals or mature students, preferably females.
Rent is 280 per calendar month inclusive of council tax, wireless broadband, heating, water and electricity bills.
Available to move in on 1st July 2009 .
