Scotland to Liverpool

I have a victorian built 1 bed studio flat in a great location in Stirling, Scotland (FK8 1ES) The flat has its own loft and private cellar beneath the 4 flats inside the close which is secure locked (you use a key to get into the close!) It has a very large livingroom with a kitchen sink and gaspoints for a cooker and an area for a large fridge. The bedroom is huge and its twice the size of a normal sized bedroom. Also a bay window in the bedroom. The bathroom has an area for a washing machine and has a large bath + a shower.
The flat is in a really good area of stirling and very central, yet quiet, and it overlooks wallace monument and the countryside around stirling. Its a council house rent is 50 a week only, tax etc adds up to roughly 65 a week rent in total.
The kitchen will be completely replaced by the council next year anytime april onwards
Only thing that is not great are the carpets. I may be able to replace these before the swap.
