A highly supportive and friendly Special Needs school in Rutland are looking to recruit compassionate, patient and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistants to work with Special Needs students for the duration of the school year.
Due to the specialised nature of the position, the suitable candidates will ideally have worked with Special Needs Students previously and autistic experience would be beneficial.
You will be working with children who need you to motivate and encourage them to be included in to the class. This is a rewarding and fulfilling role that will suit a pro active and down to earth support assistant.
