Duty Manager required for busy leisure business on the Meridian leisure Park.
Are you warm and welcoming? Do you understand the importance of health and safety and due diligence? Can you lead a team of up to 9 staff members including kitchen staff to provide excellent customer experience and bring customers back? Are you methodical and organised and disciplined and can you command respect and get the best out of people?
If the answer to all the above is yes, then we would like to hear from you. Some experience of working in either the leisure or hotel or restaurant industry is essential. You''ll be in charge of up to 400 customers at any one time and you must be able to deal with complaints and a fast moving day/environment. But if you are interested, then there's lots to learn and this is a good career step in order to gain knowledge and experience in a management role.
