Vibrant and enthusiastic Assistant Manager required for new Leicester City Centre restaurant
Urban Pie offers diners over 20 mouth-watering handmade gourmet pies bursting with fresh ingredients and no artificial additives at all. This includes traditionally reared, grass fed, 100% fully traceable prime beef, chicken and lamb and chunky vegetable ingredients that are contained within our delicious golden crust, and baked fresh in store by our team members each day.
We combine our extensively tasty menu and baking skills with outstanding service and a stylish environment, to ensure our customers have a memorable experience and cant wait to come back.

The ideal candidate should be:
Passionate have a real passion for our menu with a strong dedication in delivering consistent standards.
Experienced have a proven track record in a similar pressurised, customer-driven role and know how to deliver the highest standards of customer service
Motivated be self-motivated with a flexible and positive attitude and be able to integrate within and motivate our successful team
Dynamic & driven able to deliver a unique customer experience and have the business acumen needed to drive revenue and sales, exceeding set targets.
