Applicants must possess :
Software development experience across the full software development lifecycle
Experience of developing windows based client-server applications or experience of developing thin client Web based Graphical User Interfaces using windows based servers
Either Strong development skills in C, Perl or Delphi or alternatively extensive experience of complex server-side application development using Perl, Apache and SQL or Oracle Database.
