Time and Fees Ledger Assistant

A professional Administrator is required to join a lovely team within one of the World's leading finance and consultancy organisations.
This role is based in Northampton and reports into the Time and Fees Ledger Supervisor. The role duties will include the following:
Posting of staff timesheets onto the system
Setting up new client accounts
Carry out amendments to client records
Set up new supplier accounts
Entering documents onto an internal system (full training will be given)
High Volume data entry, often to tight deadlines
Resolve queries from colleagues, both in person and on the telephone
Chasing for late or incorrectly submitted documents, often to tight deadlines
Any other administration/clerical support as required
The ideal candidate will need to have:
Administration, Clerical or Customer Service background
Good skills in MS Excel and Word
Excellent data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and great communication skills
Professional and confident nature
Ability to work under own initiative, resolving queries etc
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
