Health Rider Sport Rider exercise machine.This is a sort of cross between a rowing machine and an excercise bike.You pull the top bar towards you whilst pushing down with your legs to go from a sitting to almost upright position.This gives your arms ,legs and stomach muscles a work out all in one.Fully adjustable.
There are 2 feet and 2 hand positions.It also comes with an electronic box which has an LCD readout,this has several "modes" time,reps,calories etc..
All in good working order and good condition.Due to size collection only,cash on collection is fine.I will deliver locally,but contact me first for a quote,typically 10 city,15 county.This will easily fit in an estate car/small van and I can remove the handlebars for easier collection so it will fit in a normal hatchback with the seats down..
