We have a vacancy for a full time (37 hours per week) SENIOR CARE MANAGER to lead our highly-motivated Care Management team of Care Managers and 37 Carer Support Workers. The successful applicant will be a highly-committed professional, looking for a demanding but satisfying hands-on role, managing the delivery of the highest quality (CQC 3-star, Excellent) of respite care breaks to unpaid carers in their own homes.
