Exciting opportunity for a Senior RGN in an idyllic setting by the sea, in Morecambe, Lancashire
Geneva Health is recruiting for a Head of Care for a 32 bed, privately owned Nursing Home in Morecambe, Lancashire.
The ideal candidate will have a passion and real interest in caring for older people. The main emphasis of this role is about managing the care and wellbeing of the residents and the happiness and welfare of the nursing and care team.
You will be a Nurse with a strong background in care planning and team management as well as experience in providing the highest levels of service and care to your patients. In this purpose built environment you will have the opportunity to deliver the best possible care with fantastic support and all the resources you need.
You will be required:
Be qualified as a RGN or RMN and have NMC Registration
To be responsible for all aspects of care for the residents, in particular for all care documentation, care plans; risk assessments as required by CSCI, care staff management and medications.
Candidates will need experience of Nursing Management, either as a Deputy Manager or as Senior Nurse.
