Busy brand new restaurant in the Wigan area requires a Sous chef to assist the head chef. You will be required to run the kitchen in the Head chefs absence. Previous experience required to either senior Chef de partie or a Sous chef looking for a change. Food is British and Mediterranean. The team is only small and the client is looking for a chef who can cope under pressure and be a focal point of the team to take the business forward. Health and safety will be involved.
