36 Year old British chef with extensive experience gained within a variety of establishments.
Wello travelled and experienced in a variety of cuisines and cultures.
Returned last year from working in australia for two years and since then have been working at a small hotel and brewery in the lake district that has a fine reputation for its food.
I am keen to explore different aspects of the industry and also get to work in different parts of the country and am now looking for a new position.
My current position will come to an end in August and i am seeking to make plans now for a start date in Early or Mid august.
I would be happy to discuss any position and am not a money motivated man. The challenge of the role and what it can bring to me is as important as the salary. Although more suited to a managerial position i am equally comfortable working within a team as i am leading one. After so many years in kitchens i still love the thrill of a service and still get excited by good fresh produce.
