Chef de Partie required for a busy restaurant in Ambleside. The restaurant can seat up to 100 people, so the ideal chef de partie would have experience working in a similar sized establishment cooking quality, fresh locally sourced produce.
The salary is 14000 plus tips which are usually in the range of 4000 per year.
There is also live in accommodation which is available for a small fee. Lunch on duty is also provided.
