Job Description: Four star hotel with 40 bedrooms, leisure club and extensive food and beverage facilities require a Housekeeping Supervisor. Country House Hotel situated in a very picturesque area of the central Lake District. As Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the department, managing a team of 4 to ensure they are motivated and performing to high standards. This is a very hands on role and bedrooms and public areas will be under your control, linen is contracted out.
Required Experience
* Previous experience of working in a 3 or 4 star hotel
* Previous housekeeping as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Deputy Housekeeper
* The desire to work in a hands on position
* The desire to work for a quality established brand
* You will be either based in the Lake District or be willing to relocate as there is NO permanent live-in accommodation
Salary and Benefits or Remuneration:
The starting salary for this position is up to 16,000 with usual company benefits and excellent family friendly hours. There is also the opportunity to progress in the future within the company and the benefit of working for a quality brand in a picturesque environment.
