Help confident male with a good heart needed to help male & female friends who have lost touch

I live about 300 miles away down south in London and I've lost contact with my ex-boyfriend/best friend who now lives in Preston in the New Longton area & I'm hoping you live close to that area too.
I need to speak to him urgently, but I missed his last call before he moved address and he has unfortunately not paid his last phone bill so his line has been disconnected. The problem is with his girlfriend who doesn't like us speaking and has made it impossible for us to be in contact.
His mobile number was the only way I could get hold of him. I don't have that now but I do have their new address if he's still living with her, I'm hoping he's not with her or if he is you could be the man to get a message to him for me. I need him to know that I'm here for him & I'm not angry as I understand the girlfriend is a control freak but that we need to talk asap.
If you can help me to get a message to him I will need your postcode to check whether youre in the right area, a contact number and your availability when you could make a visit. If you incur any expenses I will refund you with proof of any of out pocket costs. You probably will only have to make one visit.
