We are looking for people to share this amazing detached house in the middle of the Palmyra Square conservation area, moments from the shops and transport links. Our company secures vacant properties on behalf of their owners by putting people in to live as Property Guardians, which is where you come in! As a guardian all you are asked to do is live in the building as your home until it's needed again - a minimum of six months but could be several years. In return, we only charge you 40 per week and we pay all the utility bills.

This is a one off opportunity to live in a beautiful, historic building in a wonderful setting for very low outgoings.
Sharing with other people, there will be communal areas, a large kitchen, utility room, two toilets, two bathrooms, storage rooms and an enclosed garden. All rooms are doubles.

To become a guardian, you need to be over 21 and working, with references available. We also have other available properties in the North West.

Please contact us using the link below and leave your number so we can contact you.
