Our company secures vacant properties on behalf of their owners by putting people in to live as Property Guardians, which is where you come in! As a guardian all you are asked to do is live in the building as your home until it's needed again - a minimum of six months but could be several years. In return, we only charge you 30 per week and we pay all the utility bills.
To qualify as a guardian you must be at least 21 years old, currently working (full or part time) and can provide us with at least two references from an employer or landlord.
