We are looking for people to share in this detatched newly decorated and carpeted vicarage. With shared toilet, kitchen, lots of storage and large garden.
Our company secures vacant properties on behalf of their owners by putting people in to live as Property Guardians, which is where you come in! As a guardian all you are asked to do is live in the building as your home until it's needed again - a minimum of six months but could be several years. In return, we only charge you 35 per week and we pay all the utility bills.
To qualify as a guardian you must be at least 21 years old, currently working (full or part time) and can provide us with at least two references from an employer or landlord.
