A Place for Summer Near Lancaster (400 pcm)

Hi,
I'm looking for a place to stay in North Lancashire from mid June to early September while I'm working on a summer placement at Lancaster Uni. I'm a 25yr old, male postgrad student living in Aberdeen at the moment - I'm not tidy and respectful though so no worries on that front - its likely I'll be kept busy with the project anyway.
I've written single room in the ad but I'm not ufssed whether its a single or a double, not fussed about whether its a flat/house too or who other flatmates are, price can be anything up to 400 per month.
