One spare room in a five bedroomed house. Good sized living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Available room has a single bed, desk and a large storage wardrobe/cupboard. Currently living in the house are 4 female students from the University of Cumbria. The house is just down the hill from the University of Cumbria and a 10 minute walk from the city centre. A female would be preffered, and as students we tend to go out alot so someone outgoing would be ideal. The room is rent free during summer, and from september is 65 per week, which is paid on a termly basis, the house is all inclusive so all bills are included.
