A Place for Summer Near Lancaster

Hi,
I'm looking for a place to stay from mid June to early September while I'm on a placement at Lancaster Uni. I'm a 25yr old guy postgrad student at Aberdeen Uni at the mo. I'm a lot cleaner and subdued than the avg student though so no worries there.
It doesn't matter whether its a single or double room, or who flatmates are (age, gender not too important), price up to 400 per month.
