With emphasis on attaining sales targets and building business relationships, you will manage your own specialist business supplying staff to private or public sector organisations. As an experienced consultant, you will have a proven track record of generating placements and revenue. As a Trainee will be well educated, ideally to graduate level and you will be able to demonstrate your ability to achieve and exceed targets consistently. You will need strong candidate and client management skills and to be able to create and implement business plans and strategy. Your core activities will be:
Business development calls to existing and prospective clients
Candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection
Clients visits and meetings
Tendering for business
Salary / contract negotiation
Offering informed career advice
You can expect a competitive salary package plus uncapped commission and benefits (expected earnings of 22,000 to 40,000). All Hays consultants have access to our training academy, covering everything from the basic skills through to advanced consultancy and management. You will also be responsible for checking the eligibility of your candidates. This will be audited to ensure 100% compliance and it will be your responsibility to ensure a smooth flow of documentation to complete the process successfully. A full UK driving licence is essential.
