Purpose of Role: To support the Paralegal Teams and Practice through effective Management of the finances and accounts at case level within Solicitors and associated Companies To support the Senior Legal Cashier in ensuring that the day to day work is processed efficiently and accurately.
The aim of the role is to deal with:
Deal with MTA cheques
Deal with client cheques
Cheque cancellation
Posting and collation of Office outgoing cheques
Client outgoing cheques
Banking Office and Client
Office Banking
Client Banking
Posting anticipated disbursements
Billing Debt
PFR
Non PFR
Various Office Reports
Aged debt
