A beautiful 16th century hotel is currently looking for a qualified head chef to have full responsibility in the kitchen.
The hotel is currently a 3 star hotel, has a large restaurant and 4 conference rooms, they currently cater for the main restaurant of the hotel and for weddings and conferences.
They are using all fresh produce and use alll fresh ingredients.
The hotel is due for a refurbishment within the next 18 months and a brand new kitchen will be put in, the hotel will be looking to gain rosettes within the restaurant once this has been achieved.
The ideal candidate is someone looking to make a mark here and bring new and fresh ideas to the hotel, someone who has visiion and is looking for a long term commitment within a lovely hotel group.
You must have previous hotel experience ideally at sous chef level or above and have some rosette experience.
Salary is 30,000 + tips , Tranpsort essential for this positon
