im glen, a 31y/o male currently lokking for a 1 bed/studio property in bexley borough that will accept dss.
i am a multi trade builder only recently unemployed, i am a clean an house proud person and would be more than happy to help out if your property is in need of any renovations (as im in the refurbishment side of building)
i cant offer any references from previous landlords as i owned my last house (she has the house now) but character references will not be a problem. thanks for your time, glen
