Technical Improvement Manager
A well established FMCG Food Manufacturer are seeking a Technical Improvement Manager for their site in the East Anglia region.
As Technical Improvement Manager you will work independantly and be the link internally between Production, Quality and Technical and externally with customers, suppliers and third party organisations. As a lead member of the site HACCP team you will ensure consistent adherence, while looking at all relevant processes for improvement opportunity. In addition to the day to day Technical and Quality assurance functions, you will also be involved in the factory trials for new products and contribute to the site improvement team.
A Food related qualification will be important, along with work experience in a Food Manufacturing environment. A strong HACCP and audit track record, with relevant qualifications will be needed. As the job is autonomous the succesful candidate should be well organised and self motivating as well as the ability to liase effectively with other colleagues.
