Paul is a professional and highly regarded chef who personally holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand and 2 AA Rosettes and has worked at several of the countries top hotels and restaurants, also working in the Midi-Pyrenees, France.
Paul was guest UK chef at the first ever Singapore F1 Grand Prix in 2009 and led events in Malaysia, New Delhi and Singapore.
Reliable, honest and of sober habit, I consider myself a strong valuable member of any business. Always attempting to improve my performance and maintain high standards with the ability to achieve accolades whilst maintaining set gross profit margins.
I am passionate about the work I do and also enjoy training younger members of the team, believing it is down to more experienced chefs to teach and educate chefs coming through.
