Junior Sous Chef. Gateway Personnel are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for our clients hotel which has 1AA Rosette. The hotel features a traditional British food with international dishes also featuring on the menu.
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with experience of working with fresh food and knowledge of the AA Rosette standards is a real advantage. You will help manage a brigade of 6 and work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
Experience
This job will suit either a Junior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge of a Chef de Partie looking to take the first step in their career. You will have NVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery and some pastry knowledge will be a real advantage.
