2 rosette awarded property requires an experienced Chef de Partie
I am looking for a 1-2 rosette experienced chef with a passion for catering. Joining a brigade of 10 chefs you will be confident when managing your section and supervising the junior chefs.
Within this kitchen there is an emphasis on local and seasonal produce and the traditional British menu is cooked freshly to order every day.
The restaurant is a breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner operation catering for 70 covers. Meetings, events and weddings are bespoke menus for 100+ guests.
As Chef de Partie you will have menu input able to put forward ideas to keep the menu original and exciting. You will be responsible for training and developing the chefs in your section to ensure that service standards remain high.
