1-2 rosette experienced Restaurant Manager required for deluxe boutique hotel in Suffolk.
Overseeing the 70 cover restaurant your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment, development and training of staff
Stock control and stock ordering
Working with the Head Chef to keep the menu fresh and exciting
Creating SOPs for service standards
Health, safety and hygiene
Budgets and targets
Ensuring excellent service to guests
This role would suit a candidate with a passion for hospitality, very good food/beverage knowledge and strong team leadership skills. My client is a privately owned property that offers their staff career development and opportunities.
Salary 25000 + bonuses. Live in accommodation is available if required.
